Newborn Baby Found Dead In Refuse Site In Calabar, Cross River State.
The baby clad only in diapers was found along the dirt strewn by the side of the road.
People were shocked when passed by the illegal dump site in Bateba Calabar South, early today.
The baby did not survive it
