Finally the body of the late AVM Moukhtar Mohammed, who was one of the founding fathers of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) arrived Kano in the evening of Thursday, October 5.
The corpse was immediately moved to the palace of the Kano emir as people trooped to catch a glimpse of the body of the late northern leader.
He has now been buried.
