A 50-year-old man, Abdullahi Sani has been arrested by police for allegedly raping a three-year -old girl to death in Jabiri, Funtua local government area of Katsina State.
Spokesperson for the State Police Command, DSP Gambo Isah, who confirmed the development on Monday said Sani lured the child to an uncompleted building and forcefully had carnal knowledge of her. Abomination
