Did Unilag Really Admit Student Who Scored Zero In Post-UTME?

It appears zero  is the new score required now for admission into one of the prestigious universities in Nigeria. It has emerged that a student who scored zero in the post-utme screening exercise of University of Lagos was admitted on merit. The Course of Study has not yet emerged, but we are hoping this is not true.
Else Unilag owes the Nigerian public an explanation over its admission policy,as a publicly funded institution. Here is a screen shot of the purported admission list-
