Davido’s first babymama, Sophia Momodu, has filed a 102- paragraph affidavit in response to Davido’s lawsuit seeking joint custody of their daughter, Imade.
Recall Davido had filed a lawsuit alleging that Sophia Momodu was denying him access to their child and demanding financial compensation.
Sophia debunked claims of denying Davido access to Imade, stating that he never tried to see their daughter and Abandoned her after she refused his sexual advances.
The legal teams representing Sophia, Dr. Anthony Idigbe SAN of Punuka Attorneys and Dr. Bimpe Ajegbomogun, filed the Affidavit.
The court hearing is scheduled for today, June 5, 2024.
