Nigeria Might Not Qualify For The 2026 World Cup

Nigeria is on the verge of not qualifying for the 2026 World Cup because the clueless NFF hired another clueless person, José Peseiro, to manage the team.

In fact, the team’s last qualifying World Cup match that I watched was so bad that I wanted to cry, and it was there that I made the decision not to watch this AFCON.

The team’s performance at that match was so disjointed.

No rhythm

No pattern of play

Just vibes and Inisha Allah.

Oya! NFF, sack the clueless, underwhelming guy you people hired.

Shameless NFF came out to say they couldn’t sack the Portuguese wannabe José Peseiro.

The reason being that NFF is broke to pay him off, and they are even owing the man six months of salary.

José Peseiro’s salary is $70,000 (71 million naira) monthly, and he is owed 6 months.

I just woke up from a long Sunday afternoon sleep to check the score, knowing that the Super Eagles would play today, and I was not disappointed.

The only redemption we have as a people, which is our Nigerian Super Eagles, has been hit by Nigeria’s tribal politics and our legendary anyhowness.

What you guys watched today was just a mere dress rehearsal.

This team will leave Abidjan before the end of the month, as I don’t expect them to make any progress in this AFCON.

They won’t qualify for the 2026 World Cup, and that is when the tears will flow.

It is very, very sad what our Super Eagles have been reduced to.

God help us.
