An unemployable person is a person who is unlikely and unable to secure employment because there is a lack of certain factors like skills and experience.

They are not the same thing and should not be mixed up.

A person who is seeking employment must first honestly tell himself if he is an unemployed or an unemployable.

To transition from being an unemployable to an unemployed is a personal decision.

You can personal take efforts to acquire the skills and experience that employers are seeking.

Every employer loves to employ someone who has some skills and experience upon which he can build.

You can take a further step to use those skills and do an internship for 1 or 2 small businesses, then you gain work experience, even if for a few weeks.
