The Lady in that picture have taken a mixture of Colorado and Black Mamba. The content of that drinks is for highness,due to she take it excess, she start misbehaving which make people around her to tied her down when they notice that she have lost her mind.
After taking the drinks, she start acting abnormally before people tried to bring her under control.
