Following the backlash that occurred after major news outlets carried a viral news story that The National Association Of Nigerian Students, (NANS), through its PRO, asked the Inspector General of Police To arrests #EndSARS protesters, NANS has come out to officially deny the story being attributed to them.
Speaking from their official Twitter handle, the umbrella body of Nigerian students said the story is fake news.
