Reverend Regina Baadu has been ordained as a priest of the Anglican Diocese Of Cape Coast in Ghana. A landmark ordination in the church in 40years history.
Baadu is the first woman to be appointed, trained and ordined as a priest by the diocese in 1981.
According to Reports, the ceremony was held at St Mary the Virgin Anglican Church in Cape Coast. The Diocesan Bishop, Rt Rev. Dr Victor Reginald Atta-Baffoe charged the new priest to offer selfless and dedicated service that will draw more people to Christ.
