The #BBNaija reunion reveals human relationships so well, it is frightening to see it play out in its unfiltered and most ratchet state.
It almost looks like a satire…
Because what is this madness?
The denials. The hurt. The hurling. The hypocrisies. The cliquing. The inner tears. The need for validation. The absolute bunkum.
It is an exposé of the basest behaviour programmed by desire, desperation and rejection.
It’s so raw in its form, it makes me NOT want to see humans live this way.
Especially women.

Wathoni didn’t use Brighto.
Anyone who believes that has his/her head buried in sand, like an ostrich.
She wanted his affection. Heck, she wanted any male affection – except Trikky Tee and Laycon. These are men she doesn’t find attractive.
But for the other men whom she felt she could stir up desire for, she wanted them to want her.
It didn’t happen that way.

Dorathy is right about one thing – Brighto is cold.
But I don’t think that, in itself, is a bad thing… especially since it wasn’t like he tried to act differently.
Brighto is Brighto.
These women probably wanted him to be Idris Elba.
He is not oozing sex. He is not trying to be a lady’s man. He wasn’t trying to woo anyone in the house.
This niggaa was on his own, and you both wanted him.
Dorathy wanted him so badly, she gave him the attention of offering on a platter a blw jb.
If you offer someone something without them requesting, it remains your responsibility to define what it is you want.
And if you can’t define it, you don’t go about blaming the person for not reciprocating.
Especially when that thing in question is sexual.

Brighto is Brighto. The guy did not shift character position.
He is who he is – cold, uninterested, almost banal.
You wanted him to be more. To feel something. To act like he had blood in his veins.
You wanted him to be eloquent and expressive about feelings he didn’t even feel.
You are the earth moving around the sun.
You chose that position as a woman.
It is frustrating and exhausting, but you chose it.
To now act like he owes you something is quite confusing.
Yes, he owes you a simple “good morning” the next morning… and probably a conversation. But it is not shocking that he didn’t give it to her.
Kiddwaya could have made you a cup of coffee and you could have had a simple conversation about it…
But Brighto is not Kiddwaya.
Brighto was a weirdo that should have been left alone.
I thought this idea of trying to change men died years ago?
For both Dorathy and Wathoni to conclude that they used him… that is an afterthought.
I mean, it’s obvious.
You are hurt. How dare he treat you like you are not a queen… something like that.
Then self denial sets in.
Self denial is like a buffer for many. It helps to reduce your own shock for the things done to you.
Deny how you really feel about a situation is what humans do to save themselves a bit of dignity.
I don’t care for Brighto.
But Dorathy and Wathoni are living a barefaced lie.

It didn’t.
Dorathy was prepared to make it look like some sexual revolution activity.

You are trying to be with your friend’s man, and then you throw up all this idiotic performance to try to cover your shame.

It’s like high school and social media all over again.
People are not evolving properly.

But they are not exactly evolving into anything meaningful.
It’s just alot of noise that covers for deep-seated insecurities, fear, vulnerability and arrogance.
It is the inside-out and tumble-down of what they think a new society wants them to be.
The crashing and burning of self will not be good when it happens.
Go back to the drawing board and restrategise your mission as a woman.
Get a proper education on what it is be a new woman in today’s society.
This mess will not clean itself.
The question for women is: when you allow yourself perform a sexual act and it doesn’t translate well after the deed is done… what is the best way to approach or handle the situation?

Nengi was untainted by all the ghetto around her.
Yes, she may not have much of a personality, but if personality looks anything like what Dorathy or
