Here are 5 dead-simple steps to start your own YouTube automation (even if you know nothing):
But first of all, what is YouTube Automation? YouTube automation is simply having a channel that you don’t personally make the videos on. A channel where you don’t show your face and outsource EVERYTHING. Sounds good, right?
Step 1. Pick a niche
Pick a niche where people want to spend money. The better the niche, the higher the CPM (earnings per 1,000 views)
Here are a few good niches:
• Finance • Make money online • Technology • Health • Traveling • Makeup • Marketing • Cars • Gaming
Step 2. Hire people
You can do everything by yourself if you don’t have the money to invest. But if you do, I recommend hiring these people: • Script writers • Video editors • Narrators • Thumbnail designers You can hire them on UpWork/Fiverr.
Step 3. Produce a batch of 30 videos
30 videos is my golden number. This should be enough to get some traction. And to get enough data. Check what works in your niche and model them. At the end you should have enough data for you to know where to double down.
Step 4. Optimize keywords
Do keywords research. I use vidIQ to find the best keywords for my niche. The right combination is trying to rank for keywords that: – Aren’t too saturated – Have demand
Step 5. Monetize
You need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in the last 12 months to get accepted in YouTube’s Partner Program. But you don’t have to wait for that long to monetize. You can monetize right away by promoting your own products or courses.
