Okay, how about we begin to see Pretty Mike as a performer and accord some respect to his craft?
To me, it’s nothing more than costumes and stunts intended to create shock value or amuse – depending on who is viewing it.
Personally, I’m cool with Pretty Mike’s entrances.

Whether he’s using heavily pregnant ladies like he did at Williams Uchemba’s wedding or him and his performers are wearing long horns like they did at the 2020 AMVCAs, I just hmm… and laugh.
His approach might seem crazy, but
there’s method to his madness.
It’s an unconventional form of art.
Did I just see someone yinmu? Oh! Yea, that’s because it’s not Kanye West or Lady Gaga.
Those ones we respectfully describe as being extremely creative when they make appearances in jaw-dropping costumes.
Then for Pretty Mike, you post photos of his 50 performers in bandages calling them ‘hungry’ and a ‘disgrace’.
You make the appearance of the stunt performers seem desperate, overlooking their genuine interest in the gig, which is no different from any other gig with financial rewards.
The part that annoyed me were adults who had their phone cameras on the performers, poking fun at them as they left the Transcorp venue.
They were saying stuff like “Come see people shiidren o” “Try get money for this life o”.
You know whether person wey wear bandage for birthday party on Saturday na Software Engineer on Monday?
People see one clip and swear they know the standard of living of others.
Typical Naija ghetto behaviour.
Anyone who dares to be different is a nonentity in their book.
“Why are they wearing bandage?”
Because Pretty Mike figured out a unique way to spice up events hosted by the who’s who.
“Bhet, why are they wearing bandage?”
Because unconventional art thrives on boldness, conversations and outrage.
“He’s an attention-seeker”
“This m@n is a nuisance!”
