Former WWE wrestler, Nikki Garcia’s husband, Artem Chigvintsev is currently facing legal trouble.
The Dancing With The stars pro was arrested Thursday, August 29 over domestic charges.
Chigvintsev was taken into custody mid-morning and later released on a $25,000 bail in Napa, California. He was charged with California penal code section 273.5(a) PC, which is related to acts of violence against a spouse or other cohabitant.
Neither Chigvintsev nor Garcia have spoken out since the arrest. However, Garcia did note to followers she was in Napa where their family owns a $1.5 million home.
The arrest comes just days after the couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary.
