*Smoked mackerel fish
*Okra (Washed and sliced)
*A little pumpkin leaves (Washed and sliced)
*Season the meat using some seasoning cubes, salt and blended pepper. Let it cook for 15mins after which, add some water and let it cook until soft.
*Add the blended crayfish, locust beans, stir and let it cool for 5min.
*Dissolve the blended ogbono with some palm oil, mix properly and add into the pot. Stir and let it cook for 10mins.
*Add the sliced okro into the pot and stir
*De-bone the smoked fish, cut into smaller sizes and add it into the pot. Stir, taste for salt, seasoning cubes and pepper and add if necessary. Let it cook for 5mins.
*Add some sliced pumpkin and stir. Allow to simmer for 3mins.
*Enjoy with any swallow of your choice.
