How To Make Kuli Kuli (Groundnut Cake)

INGREDIENTS

*Groundnut

*Salt/sugar

*Water

*Spices of your choice (Ginger etc)

*Pepper

PROCEDURE

*Fry your groundnut and allow to cool down

*Peel and blow away the back Peeled

*Grind into paste(Smooth without water)

*Add Teaspoonful salt and spice of your choice.

*Add 1 Teaspoon pepper(optional)

*Add two cups of warm water, turn very well until oil starts coming out.

*Separate the oil from the paste

*Mould on board to get the desired shape and fry till golden brown with the oil gotten from the groundnut paste after squeezing.

Your kuli kuli is ready
