They flouted Biggie’s rules by Whispering.
Last paragraph of article 19 in the Rule Book states if a HM attempts to communicate without the camera and microphone recording, e. g Whispering or Mouthing Words without Speaking, if they try to tamper with or cover equipment, writing notes, communication in secret code, Big Brother has the right to issue a Strike or disqualify the HM.
Big Brother finds Erica and Ozo guilty of Whispering and speaking in codes, or trying to communicate in hush tones. They are hereby both issued a Strike.
Two more strikes will make them Disqualified from the show.
Tolanibaj, Erica, and Kiddwaya disregarded the rules of HoH and DHoH Privileges. They broke the rules. They allowed their Desires and Wants to supercede authority.
As the HoH, Kiddwaya was only permitted to sleep in the HoH lounge. Tolanibaj for accepting the role of Deputy, her sleeping arrangement was to change immediately. Instead, she chose to circumvent the rules of the game, all because she preferred the company of another HM. She had a choice of not accepting the the role of Deputy in the first place. She can’t eat her cake and have it. The sacrifice for gaining immunity as DHoH must be paid.
Erica leaving the HoH lounge till 3am will not be considered a visitation. She had no business in that bed.
Big Brother finds them ( Erica, Kiddwaya, and Tolanibaj) guilty of breaking the rule of HoH lounge. They are hereby issued a Strike each.
Erica has Two strikes.
One more strike, and she will be disqualified.
As an additional punishment, Tolanibaj and Erica are both barred from next week’s HoH games. They will not partake, neither will they be selected as Deputy.
Kiddwaya as HoH, was meant to manage the house, and bring order. But instead, he partook in the Infringement. His punishment is more severe. He is barred from the HoH games from Two weeks. He is also not to be nominated as Deputy. His Two weeks begins from the week after next week. For Three weeks, he would not be HoH or Deputy.
The rest of the HMs are not saints. Big Brother sees and notices their unruly behaviour and more. As punishment, there will not be Hot Water for the next few days. Their attitude will determine how long it will last. They are not permitted to use Kettle or Pots to boil water.
Although they did a great job with their Wager Challenge, their behaviour during the week trumps it, it would not be tolerated. They lost their wager.
Although Praise won the Arena Games, there will not be Pampering until further notice.
