So my husband said he wants us to use gentle parenting on Olivia.
I said ok ohh no wahala.
We started it, everyday he will go to work leaving me and Olivia at home, I will be doing gentle parenting and having headache and migraine.
He will come back in the evening and tell me to please not allow Olivia to disturb him that he wants to rest.
Omoooo, anyone who knows Olivia will understand that she’s a very active child, no dull moment with her oh.
I was doing gentle parenting and this girl was just getting more stubborn, when I tell her father he will say she’s just a baby that she doesn’t understand, me that stays home with her is telling you what I’m passing through and you are saying she’s still a baby.

One day he went to work and I went and bought cane.
Came back and within 5mins Olivia spilled water on the floor, I asked her to go and get a rag and clean, she ignored.
I just went straight and brought out my cane and gave her small juice on her bum bum, she ran straight to the corridor got a rag and started cleaning the water, 😳😳😳.
So this girl actually knows what I was asking her to do?.
When her daddy came back It wasn’t even upto 30mins she spilled another water and ran to her Daddy to hide.
I asked to go and get a rag and clean the water and my husband said I should leave her alone that she doesn’t understand what a rag is.
I said no wahala, went straight to get my cane,
Immediately Olivia saw the cane, she ran straight to the corridor and got the rag and started cleaning🤣🤣
