Tomato paste is a great way to preserve your tomato for about a year.
All you need is Fresh Tomatoes and Glass bottle with tight lid
STEP BY STEP
*Grind the fresh tomatoes
*Put the grinded tomatoes in a pot and boil until the water dries out and it becomes solidified(Paste).
*Allow the paste to cool down
*Scoop the paste into bottle and seal with the cap.
*Put the bottle in a pot and fill with water above the bottle beam.
*Put this on fire and boil for 10-15mins
*Remove the bottles and keep your paste in a cool place.
*No need for refrigeration
*This can last up to 6-12 months
