Diy: How To Make Sausage Roll

Ingredients for the dough

*250g of flour

*100g of butter

*1tsp of salt

*³/⁴ cup of cold water

Ingredients for the filling

*200g of minced or grinder sausage

*1 cube of Maggi

*Nutmeg

*Black Pepper

Procedure

*Add the Maggi, nutmeg and black pepper to the grinder sausage, mix together  and set aside.

*Add all the dried ingredients together in a bowl

*Add the butter and mix very well. Add the water bit by bit till you achieve a dough that is not sticky. Knead the dough on a lightly floured table.

*Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to get a regular shape. Trim out the rough edges.

*Fill in the edge with the sausage and wrap, trim out the excess dough.

*Put in a creamed baking tray.

*Egg wash and bake at 170 degree for 35mins.
