So I caught cold while traveling to the East via LIBRA Motors Limited because the AC was on throughout the journey and I wore just a plain shirt and short jeans
I got to their beautifully rebuilt office at Okota by 7:50pm that faithful Friday, hoping to join the first Bus but it was already full
The customer service agents there were professional , they booked tickets for me and other passengers, we were to go board their next bus at Jibowu
How do I get to Jibowu by 8:30pm? I haven’t been there before, do I Book Bolt or Fly Danfo before it gets late and scary?” I was pondering within me
That was when they announced we should wait for their bus to take us to Jibowu
We arrived Jibowu by 9:20pm, left Lagos by 10pm and arrived Owerri by 6am
The journey was smooth and fun, no commercial Pastors, poison and herbal medicine sellers or inconvenience of any sort
Seating order was maintained according to ticket and seat numbers, no luggages were allowed inside the cabin, everything else must be kept inside the trunk
There was TV to watch, AC was chilling so well that I caught cold, I didn’t know Libra buses has functional AC that stays on throughout the journey
We made just two stops during the journey, one for security check and the other for medical checks as described by one of the crews, driver Maintained a moderate speed
Overall, my journey was smooth, I was impressed by their service and the professionalism of both the Customer Service Agents, Drivers and the neatness of their luxury buses
I appeal that they keep up with this service delivery and ensure proper maintenance and more training for their drivers so those new buses can stand the test of time
