This Cardbury Chocolate campaign is already a top candidate for the campaign of the year 2025.
It’s giving the vibe of “Share A Coke” campaign that broke around 2015 — almost ten years ago! Only that this is playing on people’s natural behavior of not wanting to share their chocolates with anyone.
Cardbury wants you to share, but only based on what you deserve. If you put in some work, you get some chocolate; put in a chunk, and get a chunk of chocolate. Lovely!

They introduced a new series of chocolate wrappers that mirrored how people should split chocolates based on how much work they’ve put in during the chore.
For example, if you booked the flights – you get the most chocolate. If you booked the hotel, you get a good portion. And if you did nothing other than going on a holiday, you get the least — at least for showing up! 😂
Interestingly, the chocolates are already in small squares in the pack. So, it’s easy to break and share accordingly.
Great idea and brilliant execution! I am eager to read about how this boosts their sales performance. Early feelers already suggest that they are selling out in popular supermarkets.
Have you seen these bars? What do you think of the campaign?
