Why Do Nigerians Value iPhone So Much?

I don’t understand why Nigerian iPhone users and hypers thinks using iPhone means you have made it in life.
The respect y’all give to iPhone is appalling. 🤦🏾‍♀️

This is why someone would be using an iPhone, 6, 7 and X, and still be proud to wave it in front of people, phones wey don go on extinct in South Africa. Like you can’t even get their screen protectors or cases anymore in phone accessories shops.

Because according to the way their brains functions, holding an iPhone means the person is doing well. 😂😂😂

Imagine going to shade Ebuka because you are expecting him to be carrying an iPhone wey normally don be like pure water, like Bob Risky who brags about it, whenever shim buys a new iPhone. 🙄🤣

Like you just need to flash an iPhone, and some Nigerians go begin give you unwarranted respect. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

It doesn’t matter whether you have sense or not, just be using an iPhone, then you are rated by Naija iPhone users and lovers.

Some even sees it as their biggest achievement and investment.

Even some Nigerians living abroad who aren’t using iPhones, runs to buy iPhone the moment they wanna travel back home, just to prove to their village people back home that they are also doing well. (The mentality) 😂😂😂

Abeg una too dey hype commodities, una must use everything take show levels.

No wonder una still dey wear Christmas clothes just to go to ShopRites, and malls. 😝😝😝
